Well this app is designed just for you. Following the simple instructions in the app you can install a custom keyboard for the most common phrases and use them as needed for your correspondence. Using the new iOS8 keyboard feature the keyboard once installed is available by pressing the "globe" icon on the keyboard.

Set up is quick and easy. The keyboard becomes available when you press the Globe on the regular keyboard. Has all the common Muslim phrases. And the app is free. Thanks.
